Estonian Racing Championship is official classified race, included in Estonian Autosport Unions sport calendar and named as Estonian Racing Championship.
Finnish Racing Championship is official classified race, included in Finnish Autosport Union’s sport calendar and named as Rata-SM.
NEZ Racing Championship is official classified race, included in NEZ calendar and named as NEZ Racing Championship

In S1600, Super Production, Baltic Open, Formula Baltic, BMW 325 Cup and Juniors the qualification will determine the car position for 1st start and the starting grid for Race 2 will be determined by the best lap time in Race 1. In case two or more competitors have the same time, the one who timed it first is considered to be the winner etc
In Latvian National class start positions in Race 1 will be determined by raffling. Starting positions in the Race 2 will be determined by the results of the Race 1 – the first place in Race 1 gives the best starting position for Race 2 etc.
Super Touring, V1600, Formula 3, Formula Renault, and Formula Ford will drive one 20 min qualification. Two best times of the qualification will be noted so that the best time will determine the grid position for the Race 1, and the second best the position for the Race 2.
The GT3 Nordic and BMW Xtreme class will drive a two-part qualifications. The first part of the qualification (10 min) concerns the first start of the event and the second qualification (10 min) concerns the second start . Between the parts, there is a five minute break (at the pit) for possible maintenance service. During the qualification it is forbidden to refuel the car. In the GT3 Nordic class, one driver will drive in the first qualification and the other in the second one (If there is only one driver, he/she must drive in both qualification sessions). The A driver will drive the first part of the qualification and begin the first race. The B driver will drive the second part of the qualification and begin the second race. Both drivers must drive in both races. The fastest time of the driver is the result of the qualification. In case two or more competitors have the same time, the one who timed it first is considered to be the winner etc.

5. PARTICIPANTS AND ENTRIES
Preregistration is strongly recommended. Filled entry forms for Baltic classes should be delivered to gerli@b3.ee not later than 12.00 o´clock (Estonian time) 15.06.2009. By submitting entry forms later, the entry fee will be increased by 100 %.The original entry form must be presented during Sporting checks. For the FCR Series classes the preregistration should be done in KITI system or foreign driver On-Line on FCR web site.
The number of participants – not limited.
Estonian Racing Championship, Baltic Racing Championship are open for FIA ASNs Competiror’s and Driver’s license holders.
By submitting Entry forms competitors declare that:
1) Everyone associated with their participation will observe the Regulations;
2) Car meets technical regulations;
3) The competitor is held responsible if losing or damaging rented timing transponder.

Entry fee must be paid before sporting check to the Organizer .If driver is entering in more than one class, he must pay entry fee for each class.
7. ADVERTISING
The compulsory advertising stickers for Baltic series (Super 1600, Super Production, BMW 325 Cup, Baltic Open, Latvian National, Juniors, Formula Baltic) will be given during sporting checks. Refusal to carry those stickers results in doubling the entry fee per each sticker refused.
8. OTHER INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Results of qualifying practice and races are published in official announcement board and press center. The decisions of the clerk of the course become valid at the moment they are signed up and located in the announcement board.
Paddock places shall not be booked. The paddock spaces shall be allocated by the organizers. Parking in the paddock will be allowed only with valid passes.
Pit-lane and all paddock area speed is limited at 30 km/h during all event. Penalty for overspeeding during free practice, warm up and qualifying is: 5…20 km/h 5€ per 1km/h, over 20km/h 20€ per 1km/h.
It is not allowed to start race car engines from 21.00 till 7.00
It is compulsory to have one minimum 6kg fire extinguisher per car in a box. If there is not enough fire extinguishers in the box, the penalty 100€ will be paid.
It is compulsory for drivers to participate in drivers briefing which will be held in parc ferme. Penalty for not participating is 100€.
All the penalties have to be paid latest at 17.00 in the same day that the penalties have been given.
9.PROTESTS AND APPEALS
Protests and appeals may be made in accordance with Chapters XII and XIII of the FIA Sporting Code. All protests must be made to the clerk of the course and accompanied by the 200€ +VAT fee (sporting protests) or 500€ +VAT (technical protest, if dismantling of the car parts is required and confirmed by chief scrutineer). Time for making protests is 30 min after issuing of provisional results.
Appellation fee is set to 1100€.
10. PRIZE GIVING
Prize giving will be held after each race of the event. The first three competitors in each class must take part in prize giving ceremony.
It is compulsory for the awarded drivers to wear racing suits in prize giving ceremony. If a competitor is not wearing racing suit or is missing from the ceremony, the fine 100€ must be paid.
11.TIMEKEEPING DEVICES
All competition vehicles must carry timing transponders during all event. Rented and mounted transponders are on the responsibility of the driver, damage or loss of the transponder will result in cash reimbursement of the price of the device 350 € from the driver. Transponders must be returned to the timing personnel not later than 60 minutes after last run of the car.

PRESSITEADE
B3 Autorent Võiduajamine ´09 toob Pärnusse kiired ja võimsad autod
Juuni lõpul, 27.-28.juunil Pärnu külje all Audru ringrajal sõidetav B3 Autorent Võiduajamine on Eesti autoringraja meistrivõistluste teiseks etapiks. Juba mitmel aastal on Soome meistrivõistluste korraldajad toonud ühe oma etappidest Eestisse ja sel aastal on selleks just B3 Autorent Võiduajamine. Lisaks mainitud kahele meistrivõistluste etapile, on B3 Autorent Võiduajamine veel ka Läti meistrivõistluste etapiks ja NEZ (Põhja-Euroopa regiooni) meistrisarja etapiks, mis kokkuvõttes toob Pärnusse hulgaliselt kiireid ja võimsaid masinaid, erinevaid võistlusklasse on kokku 14.
Üks atraktiivsemaid klasse on kindlasti Soome meistrisarja klass GT3 Nordic, mis toob Eestisse esmakordselt võistlema viieliitrise mootoriga 535 hobujõulise Lamborghini Gallardo. Autoga sõidab eelmisel aastal Super Touring klassis Soome meistriks tulnud Mikko Eskelinen, kes ka GT3 Nordic klassis tänavusi Soome meistrivõistlusi juhib. Lisaks sellele duole on oodata Pärnusse mitmeid GT klassi Porsche’sid, Ferrarisid ja vähemalt ühte Dodge Viperit. GT3 Nordic sarja sõitudele on Soome sarjas tänavu lisatud kestvussõidu maiku, kui mõlemad sõidud vältavad tund aega ja on võimalus ka juht vahetada, seega mängib siin oma osa kindlasti ka boksipeatuse taktika. Boksipeatus on kõikidele sõitjatele kohustuslik.
Vormeliklasse on B3 Autorent Võiduajamisel kokku neli, noorimad sõitjad osalevad Formula Ford sarjas, mis on Soome meistrivõistluste sari, tegu on sarjaga mis on Soomes kardiklassi loogiline jätk. Ühises stardis tulevad rajale soomlaste F3 ja eestlaste Vormel Baltic, kus nö come backi Vormel Balticu roolis teeb Erko Vallbaum, kes selles klassis on aastaid Eesti paremikku kuulunud. Vallbaum stardib ka Vormel Renault klassis, mis on Põhjamaade meistrisarja (NEZ) etapiks, selles klassis saab stardis näha ka tänavu Soome meistrisarjas sõitvaid Scuderia Nordica piloote Antti Rammot ja Tõnis Vanaseljat. Lisaks soomlastele ja eestlastele on selles klassis oodata joonele ka rootslasi, seega tulevad sõidud selles klassis põnevad.
Kereautode osas on kokku pandud kaks vägagi põnevat starti, koos lähevad rajale soomlaste Super Touring ja V1600, eestlaste S1600 ja Läti meistrivõistluste klass Super Production. Teiseks põnevaks stardiks on teist aastat korraldatava kohaliku BMW 325 Cup ja Läti Rahvusliku klassi ühine start, viimased on kindlasti meelde jäänud just rohkearvulise stardirivi poolest, kuid ega ka kodune BMW 325 Cup palju alla ei jää, vaatemängu ja möödasõite saab nendes startides näha kõige rohkem.
Eelmisel aastal sai Pärnus näha esmakordselt ka soomlaste kestvussõidu klassi BMW Extreme, mis on kohal ka sel korral, kokku sõidetakse kahel korral 45 minutit ja boksipeatus, ning vajadusel sõitjate vahetus on kohustuslik. Oma hooaega alustavad ka Eesti meistrisarja Junior, ehk noorteklassi sõitjad, kes teevad pühapäeval kaks starti.
Laupäeval, 27.juunil algavad ajasõidud kell 11.10 ja esimene võistlusstart on kell 14.55 ja päev lõppeb kell 19.15 toimuva Formula Renault esimese võistlussõiduga. Pühapäeval, 28.juunil algavad võistlussõidud kell 10.15 ja viimane start antakse kell 17.25.

Teiseks põnevaks stardiks on teist aastat korraldatava kohaliku BMW 325 Cup ja Läti Rahvusliku klassi ühine start, viimased on kindlasti meelde jäänud just rohkearvulise stardirivi poolest, kuid ega ka kodune BMW 325 Cup palju alla ei jää, vaatemängu ja möödasõite saab nendes startides näha kõige rohkem.
Eesti "kõige odavama" klassi osalustasu on lätlaste omast lihtsalt 3 korda kallim.
Kas see on sellepärast, et läti poisid tulevad kaugelt külalisvõistlusele, ehk siis 325 Cup Lätis võisteldes maksab ka vähem?
Tegemist on ju pmst võrdsete masinatega, kus võiksid ka võidusõidu kulud enam vähem võrdsed olla, ma arvan. |

Nojah, läheb natuke teemasse et mitu puud on mets, aga viimati Riias oli Nacionalasid stardis vist 10 (näpuga umbes lugesin, võibolla oli 11 kah) ja BMW-sid 8, seega ei ole minu arust nagu enam põhjust küll lätlaste horde kuidagi esile tõsta.
Osalustasusid see sõnavõtt ei puuduta ja üldiselt üldse ei tahaks puudutada seda.

Eelmise aasta aegade põhjal olid lätakad kiiremad. Sellest tulenevalt moodustub stardirivi selliselt, et eespool on lätakad (esimeses sõidus siis loositud järjekorras, teises vastavalt esimese sõidu tulemustele) ja nede järel meie bemmid vastavalt kvalifikatsioonile. Pärnu ring tundub olevat liiga lühike selleks, et saaks teha kahes osas starti sarnaselt Riiale ilma, et RC auto võiks esimese stardi kiirematele jalgu jääda, mitõttu saavad mõlemad klassid korraga lähte.

Arvan, et sel aastal on vahed väiksemad (vt. Riia aegu), sest neil on nüüd ka "M+S" rehv all, eelmise aasta Pirellid olid meie rehvidest tõenäoliselt üle. Ehk tuleb kõva sebimine. |
